Reports, photographs, images and other information submitted through Road to Ruin may be used, in whole or in part, including in aggregated or anonymised form, for electorate, community, parliamentary, advocacy, research, media, campaign communications and political purposes, and to highlight the condition of Victoria's road network.

While we will use our best endeavours to verify and report legitimate potholes to the relevant road authority, we cannot guarantee that every report will be reviewed, actioned or forwarded.
